the great wagon whoops

Here's the photographic documentation of the "great wagon whoops".

Charlie had the worst of it, but it obviously didn't dampen his spirits.


Hazel was very serious about her injuries, however. On a side note, this is a great picture of Hazel's beautiful hazel eyes.


Jono's is harder to see, but he had a scrape above his upper lip, and another on his cheek. He actually looks worse now that it's healing and the scab is gone. The new pink skin contrasts with his skin tone. It will darken to match the rest of his face in time, but until then he has a nice pink moustache.


David endured much teasing from his immediate and extended family last weekend for his role in the wagon incident. At one point he (good naturedly) protested that we were supposed to be there to remember his grandmother, not to pick on him. A cousin replied, "Well, wouldn't your grandmother be making fun of you, too?" Yes, yes she would have.
