Six months old!

Can you believe it?!? Hazel and Charlie are six months old today! I have been feeling very sentimental today. I really can't believe how far we've come. Six months ago I gave birth to twins, with a not-quite-one-year-old at home. The first few months were impossibly hard, and yet now, we are truly thriving. I am so grateful!
